This page explains what this website collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: we only see what you send us in the brief, we count visits without knowing who you are, and the site sets no cookies.

Who we are
This website is run by Emby Digital Solutions Limited, a company based in the United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the information collected through it. You can reach us at hello@embydigital.com.
What we collect
The brief. If you fill it in, we receive what you choose and type: the services you need, where you are now, when you want to start, your budget, how you want us to reach you, your name, your username, number or email, and anything else you add.
Visit statistics. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and visitors without cookies and without identifying you. It records the page, the site that sent you, your country, browser, operating system and type of device. Visitors are told apart by a code made from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours.
A bot check. When you open the brief, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person and not a program. It reads signals from your browser and never asks for personal details. Cloudflare explains what it collects in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Technical logs. Vercel, which hosts this website, keeps short-lived logs of requests, such as IP addresses, to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
We use your brief only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. We use visit statistics to see which pages people read. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Your brief travels by email from this website to our inbox. The website runs on Vercel, the visit statistics are kept by Vercel, and the bot check is run by Cloudflare. These companies may process data outside the United Arab Emirates.
How long we keep it
We keep a brief for as long as we talk with you about your project, and delete it when you ask us to. Visit statistics exist only as totals.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies, and it loads no tracking cookies from other companies.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@embydigital.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
